1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Redline Tabletop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
Redline Tabletop generates cybersecurity tabletop exercise materials for training, audit preparation and executive briefing. Output is based on published threat intelligence, MITRE ATT&CK and real-world incident reports, and is intended for educational and planning purposes only.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use generated exercises to plan, support or simulate real attacks, to harass individuals, or to generate content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of any original inputs you provide. Redline Tabletop retains ownership of the Service, its underlying software and design. You are granted a limited licence to use generated materials within your organisation for training, audit and internal briefing purposes.
6. Generated content disclaimer
All exercise scenarios are fictionalised and built for training. While they reference real adversaries and incidents, they do not constitute legal, insurance, technical or operational advice. Always validate exercises against your own policies and risk posture before use.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Redline Tabletop and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on generated materials.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
